Hoefer has been the home of outstanding electrophoresis products and solutions for over 40 years. The company has many firsts to its name and is recognized the world over for quality, innovative design and reliability. In its 2010-11 Catalogue (download here, order paper copy here) the company brings important extensions and developments to its range including a whole new Iso Electric Focusing system, the IEF100, that is designed to make proteomics more accurate, reliable and reproducible. The system is designed to get the best performance of the latest range of IPG strips which are also available from BioPoint. Hoefer supplies some of the most advanced biomolecular separations technology and is part of the growing Harvard Biosciences group. BioPoint was appointed the new home of Hoefer in the UK in August 2009.
